Interesting Entrance..! :)

It’s a kind of toy store, but I would rather say it’s more like toy museum.

There’s an entrance fee which is only 1,000 KRW to look around this little museum.

Thousands of little toys from all over the world are displayed here,

and you can buy some of them …

Nothing seems cheap here, but it’s quite fun to just look around! J

Some toys are from long long time ago…

and many of the toys will remind you your childhood. :D

Chaesundang is a well known Shabu-Shabu restaurant in Korea.

Korean Shubu-Shabu is not same as Chinese or Japanese ones.

There’re beef Shabu-Shabu and seafood Shabu-Shabu.

You don’t choose what vegetables you want to eat in Korea.

Usually, Shabu-Shabu in Korean restaurants is a set menu included meat or seafood

and all the vegetables such as mushrooms, cabbage, sliced potatoes, etc.

Also, there’re some fish balls, rice cakes, and pumpkins.

There're some steps to eat Korean Shabu-Shabu.

1. vegetables       2. meat (seafood)       3. noodles       4. poridge

First, you boil the soup and put all the vegetables in the soup.

When it starts boiling, you can eat vegetables itself or

you can add some of the meat(or seafood) in the soup

to eat together with the vegetables.

You can add some noodles

after you finish all the meat (or seafood) and vegetables in the soup.

(sorry I forgot to take some pictures while I was cooking the noodles...)

but, you can just think of Kalguksu (칼국수), the Korean white noodles.

Then, one of the waiter/waitress comes to cook the egg porridge for the last. J

It seems too much food, but I’m sure you can almost finish it!!!

I always finish almost everything! :-)

It’s the best dish in winter as it is a hot and slow food,

and the soup itself is tasty as well.

As you see all the vegetables.. it is a very healthy food, too!!! :D

I love Shabu-Shabu in winter!!

There are normal set menus which are cheaper

and special set menus which have more beef (seafood) and variety of vegetables.

If you are Asian, especially Chinese and Japanese,

I'm sure you'll love Korean Shabu-Shabu!!

I've not seen anyone who didn't like this food yet.

And I think.. everyone can enjoy this food as it's a healthy and mild food. :)

It's a famous chain restaurant which is well known for

its spicy chicken BBQ!!!

(This restaurant is specialized in only CHICKEN BBQ 

neither pork nor beef.)

They have their own special sauce which is quite hot,

it's spicy even for Koreans,

so you'd better be careful if you can't eat spicy food..

You can ask to the waiter/waitress to make your food less spicy. :)

I think you'll fall in love with this chicken BBQ 

if you're a person who likes spicy food and chicken!

Many of my foreign friends are crazy about the chicken BBQ!

First, you should choose whether you want just chicken BBQ

or you want chicken fried rice.

Actually! You can order and eat the BBQ first,

and later on..

you can add rice in the pan to mix with the rest of the meat.

Also, you can add many other stuff like cheese, sweet potato,

rice noodles, potato, rice cake, and etc..

People usually add sweet potato, rice cake, and cheese!! :)

We ordered Chicken BBQ Rice! :)

It will be like... spicy chicken fried rice. :)

There's no bone..

Just chicken meat!

Usually, the waiter/waitress comes to your table and cook for you,

so you don't need to do any cooking. 

Oh yeah~~ Cheesy~~~~ :)

You can take all these side dishes as much as you want!

But! It's self service.
